PET POLICY (condensed)

At Legacy Home Source, we know that home just doesn’t quite feel like home without our fur babies, so it is our pleasure to allow pets at our properties. Restrictions and additional requirements below:

• Dogs and/or cats ONLY

• 2 pets maximum

• 25lb weight limit per pet

• Pet fee required*

• Renter’s liability insurance required

• Breed Restrictions (no aggressive breeds; pure bred or mixed - no exceptions)*​

Breed restrictions include but are not limited to:​

Pit bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman, American Staffordshire Terrier, and any other aggressive breed as determined at the discretion of LHS.
